These Terms & Conditions explain how orders placed through the Bad Mafia 2024 online store are handled. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Please read the product listing, size guide, delivery information and total shown at checkout before paying.

1. Seller, business and customer support

For an order question, cancellation request or delivery problem, contact Bad Mafia using the support details on our Contact page.

2. Products, sizing and availability

Product pages show the description, images, colour, size, stock status and applicable price for the selected product or variation. Colour, texture and fit can look different across screens and lighting. Availability is checked when you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee stock. Stock may be held temporarily while payment is pending; an expired or unsuccessful payment may result in that hold being released. Bad Mafia may correct an obvious listing error or cancel an affected order with an appropriate refund.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, discounts, delivery charges and the final amount payable are shown in the order summary before you place your order.

Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. For online payments, the provider shown at checkout processes the transaction. An online payment is recorded as successful only after the provider confirms success and Bad Mafia records that confirmation. An order acknowledgement alone is not proof of payment.

If Cash on Delivery is offered for your order, advance online payment is not required and payment is due on delivery. Payment credentials are entered with the online payment provider; Bad Mafia does not store your full card details, UPI PIN or online-banking password.

4. Delivery

We currently accept delivery addresses in India only. Delivery charges and any available estimate are shown at checkout. Processing/dispatch time and estimated delivery window: [TO BE COMPLETED BY STORE OWNER]. Delivery depends on address serviceability, stock, the selected courier and events outside the seller’s control. The customer is responsible for a complete, serviceable address and a reachable phone number. Contact support promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

5. Cancellation before dispatch

Send a cancellation request through the published support channel as soon as possible and before the order is processed or dispatched. Bad Mafia Support will confirm whether cancellation is still possible. A request cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a cancelled order has been paid, any refund is handled under our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds policy. A failed or abandoned payment is not proof of a paid order.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items and applicable remedies

Routine returns or exchanges solely for a change of mind, size preference or colour preference are not offered. This does not limit any remedy available under applicable law. If an item is damaged, defective, deficient or spurious, differs from its advertised or agreed characteristics, or arrives after the stated delivery schedule (except where delay is due to force majeure), contact Bad Mafia Support promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Bad Mafia will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Clear photographs and, if available, an unboxing video can help review the issue. Neither a video nor a 48-hour reporting target is an absolute condition or exclusive proof for a remedy required by law. If a video is unavailable or you report later, we will consider other available evidence. Keep the item, label and packaging where possible and wait for written instructions before sending anything back.

A replacement may be agreed with you, subject to availability. A legally required return or refund does not depend on replacement availability. Written return instructions will state collection or shipping arrangements and any applicable return-shipping costs.

Accepted refunds are processed within a reasonable period or the period required by applicable law. Approved prepaid refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, or if the original method cannot receive the refund, Bad Mafia Support will agree an appropriate method permitted by applicable law. 7. Product names and intellectual property

Brand names, logos and other protected material belong to their respective rights holders. Product names identify the item offered and do not imply a brand partnership or endorsement. Contact Bad Mafia Support before purchase if you have a question about a listing or its provenance. If a rights or provenance concern affects an order, we may remove the listing or cancel the affected order with an appropriate refund.

8. Accounts and reviews

Keep account and delivery information accurate and secure. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access or submit misleading content. Reviews must be honest and relevant; the store may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive or unrelated to the product.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
