Information on this storefront is provided for shopping and order-support purposes. Product photographs, colours, texture and fit can look different across screens and lighting. Check the product description, size guide, selected variation, price and availability before paying.
Product and availability information
We work to keep listings accurate, but typographical, pricing, stock and image errors can occur. We may correct an error, update availability or cancel an affected order with an appropriate refund where appropriate. A courier estimate is not a guarantee and can change with serviceability or events outside the store’s control.
Returns and applicable remedies
Routine returns or exchanges solely for a change of mind, size preference or colour preference are not offered. This does not limit any remedy available under applicable law. If an item is damaged, defective, deficient or spurious, differs from its advertised or agreed characteristics, or arrives after the stated delivery schedule (except where delay is due to force majeure), contact Bad Mafia Support promptly with the order number and a description of the issue.
Clear photographs and, if available, an unboxing video can help review the issue. Neither a video nor a 48-hour reporting target is an absolute condition or exclusive proof for a remedy required by law. If a video is unavailable or you report later, we will consider other available evidence. Bad Mafia will provide the remedy required by applicable law. A replacement may be agreed with you, subject to availability; a legally required return or refund does not depend on replacement availability. Keep the item, label and packaging where possible and wait for written instructions before sending anything back.
Third-party services
Payment, messaging, hosting and courier services are provided by third parties. Their availability and processing times are outside the store’s control. Payment credentials are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by this store.
Lawful listings
Products and media offered through Bad Mafia must be lawfully sourced and authorised. Counterfeit or infringing goods must not be listed. Questions about provenance, branding or a listing should be raised with Bad Mafia Support before purchase.
This disclaimer does not exclude any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. See the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
