For damaged, defective, deficient, spurious or incorrectly described goods, contact support promptly with your order number and available evidence. Photos and a continuous unboxing video, if available, can help; a video or reporting within 48 hours is not an absolute requirement for a statutory remedy.
Applicable late-delivery remedies remain available, subject to the force-majeure exception under law.
Keep the original packaging and shipping label. Do not send anything back until support confirms eligibility and provides instructions.
If the claim is approved after review, the store may arrange a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Any decision remains subject to applicable consumer law.
