This Privacy Policy explains how Bad Mafia 2024 handles information when you browse the store, create an account, place an order or contact support.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, including your name and required mobile number used for OTP sign-in. Email is collected only when you provide it.
- Delivery and billing details, order history, selected products, address changes, payment status and provider reference numbers.
- Support messages, returns or damage evidence you choose to send, and basic security, device and log information needed to protect the service.
- Cookies or similar storage used for cart, preferences, sign-in continuity, analytics and security.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, keep the cart and account working, accept and fulfil orders, calculate delivery, issue invoices or refunds, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations. We do not use your payment card, UPI PIN or banking password.
Service providers
We share only what is needed with providers that help operate an order, such as the payment provider selected at checkout, the OTP/messaging provider, hosting and security services, and a courier or shipping service when delivery is arranged. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Payment credentials are entered directly with the payment provider.
Retention and security
Order, invoice and accounting records are retained for as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Account and marketing data is removed or limited when no longer needed, subject to records we must keep. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask the store to correct account or address information, request access to information held about you, or ask a question about deletion or retention. Some records must be kept to complete an order or meet law. Use the Contact page and include the phone number or order reference needed to locate your request.
Children and third-party links
The store is intended for shoppers who can lawfully enter a purchase. Links to payment, courier, social or other sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the service or law changes. The current effective date is shown above.
