Product and availability information
We work to keep listings accurate, but typographical, pricing, stock and image errors can occur. We may correct an error, update availability or cancel an affected order with an appropriate refund where appropriate. A courier estimate is not a guarantee and can change with serviceability or events outside the store’s control.
Returns evidence
For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, the store’s return/refund/replacement review requires the evidence described in the Cancellations, Returns & Refunds policy: contact support within 48 hours and provide one continuous, unedited video that starts before the sealed parcel is opened and shows the shipping/order label, package seals, complete opening, item and packaging, and the bill or invoice when included. Keep the product, labels and packaging safe, and do not ship anything back before written support instructions. If the evidence is accepted, the store may offer a replacement of the same item and selected variant, subject to availability; if unavailable, it may instead approve a refund or provide written return instructions. This operational process does not exclude any non-waivable consumer right.
Third-party services
Payment, messaging, hosting and courier services are provided by third parties. Their availability and processing times are outside the store’s control. Payment credentials are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by this store.
Lawful listings
The seller must list only goods it is lawfully entitled to sell and use only authorised names, marks and media. Counterfeit, unauthorised or infringing goods are not permitted. Questions about provenance or a listing should be raised with the seller before purchase.
